Our flagship aluminium cutter. Manufactured with the same Ceratizit ultrafine grain carbide as our standard version with mirror polished flutes, but upgraded with a DLC coating for the ultimate performance and longevity. DLC’s ultra-low coefficient of friction reduces heat buildup and chip welding, while its extreme hardness drastically increases tool life in aluminium cutting.

The performance of this upgraded version yields higher feed rates, cooler cutting, cleaner edges, and dramatically longer runs between tool changes — setting a new benchmark for non-ferrous routing performance.
